Deine Aufgaben

Entwickeln und umsetzen unserer neuen Vertriebsstrategie
Erreichen von Neugeschäfts-Quoten und Fördern des Unternehmenswachstums
Leiten und Inspirieren eines leistungsstarken Vertriebsteams, enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Delivery-Teams
Tiefgreifende Analyse vertriebsrelevanter Metriken zur Entwicklung praxistauglicher Optimierungsansätze
Verantwortung unternehmensweiter KPIs und beständige Weiterentwicklung zur Ergebnissteigerung
Verschlankung und fortwährende Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse
Aktive Mitgestaltung der unternehmerischen Zukunftsausrichtung als integraler Bestandteil des Führungsteams

Das bringst Du mit

Umfassende und fundierte Führungskompetenz durch langjährige Praxiserfahrung, die Fachwissen mit Soft Skills und Führungsfähigkeiten vereint.
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Vertriebs-Teams im B2B-Dienstleistungsbereich
Kenntnisse in den Bereichen WordPress, Open Source und Webentwicklung
Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz beim Skalieren einer Dienstleistungsagentur mit achtstelligem Jahresumsatz
Umfassende Expertise in sämtlichen Phasen des Agenturlebenszyklus zur Erzielung maximaler Umsätze bei gleichzeitiger Gewährleistung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
Kenntnisse im Einsatz kommerzieller Agenturtools zur Vorhersage und Nutzung von Trends
Du behältst Marktverschiebungen im Blick und schlägst neue Technologien vor, um die Agentur voranzubringen.
Expertise im Bereich datengetriebene Analysen und Reportings
Erstklassige Kompetenzen in der Gesprächsführung
Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau
Rollenspezifische rechtliche und vertragliche Kompetenz
Routine in der Handhabung von RFP-Prozessen

Reisebereitschaft. Unser Arbeitsmodell ist voll remote, ergänzt durch vereinzelte Dienstreisen (3-5 jährlich)

Your responsibilities

Crafting and executing the company's commercial strategy
Delivering on new business quotas and fueling company growth
Leading and inspiring a high-performance commercial team, collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams
Diving deep into commercial metrics, turning data into actionable insights
Owning company KPIs, optimizing for greater results
Streamlining and continuously improving commercial processes
Shaping the company's future as a core senior leadership team member

Must-haves

Proven leadership experience that is both broad and deep, combining expertise with soft skills and leadership abilities
3+ years leading a commercial team in B2B services
WordPress / Open source / Web development knowledge
Track record scaling a services agency operating at eight-figure revenue
Mastery of the complete agency lifecycle, maximizing revenue, and delivering client satisfaction
Expertise using commercial agency tools to forecast and capitalize on trends
You stay on top of market shifts, proposing new technologies to elevate the agency. You're the trendsetter, not just a follower.
Expertise in data-driven analyses and reporting
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in both English and German (C1 or up)
Legal/contract savvy relevant to the role
Familiarity with RFP processes

Nice-to-haves

Experience collaborating with development teams
Solid grasp of agile delivery, its value, and how to position it
Experience managing a distributed and remote global team
Readiness to travel. We work remotely and spice in occasional business trips (3 to 5 a year)
