Das bedeutet auch, dass Du Deine Arbeitszeiten flexibel einteilen kannst. Via Slack und Zoom kommunizierst Du mit Deinen Kollegen, während Du unter anderem mit Deiner Hardware und Deinem Lieblingskaffee Deine Arbeitsumgebung selbst gestaltest. In kleinen Teams, einem Projektleiter und direktem Draht zum Chef kannst Du Dich und Deine Ideen wertvoll einbringen.
